This Program is designed to offer confidence to the homeowners that his/her investment is being protected against current and potential problem areas. The Program requires three separate, yet consecutive steps in order to obtain its full benefit; however, as the homeowner, you will have the option to choose the extent of the Program you wish to follow. The first step of the program is the initial inspection. Stucco Retro West TN, Inc. will determine the type of exterior finish on the home by visual observation and evaluation. The First Inspection Report will also detail the current performance of the finish system and note any areas of concern. The second step requires a more extensive and intrusive Field Test on the home's exterior finish system, including structural evaluation to further analyze its performance. In addition to the test, Stucco Retro West TN, Inc. will detail any suggested repairs observed during the testing in the Retro Spec™.The third step is the warranty. If the home requires no repair work, it automatically qualifies for the Stucco Retro™ warranty program, protecting it against any future problems. If repairs were deemed necessary, the warranty would be available upon completion of the required repair work. Please read each section carefully for a more complete description of each step. |
